The SWOT oceanography direct access notebook has been updated since the workshop was hosted to have earthaccess. We will keep the workshop tutorial as is and continue to update only the imported file in the external folder.

Change the how to section to emulate the earthdata cloud cookbook more by pulling in the openscapes qmd files. Changed the authentication to not be imported anymore and updated it to reflect earthaccess.
Update how to section
The Cookbook was rendering old versions of the files if another branch was updated without the latest changes. Hoping adding this branches: master fixes the issue.
