will need Visual Basic 2008 or later.  To run the software you will need 
the Microsoft.NET Framework version 2 or later(version 3.5 will already 
be on your system if you have VB 2008).  This software provides now 
warranty and is provided AS-IS.  This software is licensed under a BSD 
license, which mean the following:  use, modify, redistribute, and sell 
freely.  The only requirement is that I, Matt Paulauskas 
(matt.paulauskas@gmail.com) get credit for the original software.  Any 
modifications or mistakes made to the code after my initial commit to 
the repo are on you :)  Thanks!
