all-sp release builds could maybe include the version #2348
Description
In mfg thanks to dvt-dock we generally have hubris images named build-cosmo-b-image-default-v1.0.55.zip. It would be nice if the release job from all-sps actually was similar as otherwise we have to all manually add that back in.
