Errors in supertile extraction

I have followed the exact same directory paths as mentioned, but while running supertile extraction the code throws value error.
I had run tile_extraction on a single sample, is it possible to train model for single a sample ?

Can pre-trained models be made available so that we can run the code on H&E images directly and benchmark the performance.

For supertile extraction, what kind of value error you have? If it is "No such CUDA exists" you can follow the instruction here to manually build limKMCUDA: https://github.com/src-d/kmcuda#building

By the way, I think supertile extraction is optional. You can still train the model using tiles. However, 1 sample may not give you good performance.
