Unable to restore LHC on new server: maintenance

Hi, I hope your day is going well. I'm sorry to be here taking your time.
I'm working to migrate to a new VPS control panel (Virtualmin)

I imported live helper chat and was in maintenance.
After some help from the AI I edited the index.php file adding a string that i removed after and I was able to login on the admin side.
All works but now the public side still be in maintenance

Any idea on what could be?
I checked folders permissions 0755 for folders and 0644 for files.

The database connection work.
I cannot find any maintenance file

Any idea how to resume back the live chat to work and go out this maintenance?
From the developer console I can see a 404 error for index.php but the file is present.
The back end admin works, i can login.

I dont know what to do 😥

Was a missing PHP library BCMath

You can always check are you missing any libraries directly in back office.
