Proposal
A session to discuss next steps in the development of single executable applications.
Topic of the session
Information gathering on potential next steps that I found in open issues:
- ESM support Node SEA ESM support nodejs/node#53565
- Programmatic/streamlined API Programmatic SEA blob generation API nodejs/node#52777
NODE_OPTIONSsupport Freeze NODE_OPTIONS for SingeExecutableApplications nodejs/node#55573
And also open to any other features or bugs that people would like to discuss.

I would like to discuss what people think are good next steps to take in the development of single executable applications. Things such as:

- Features/bugs that make adoption more difficult

I have not been involved in the SEA WG or development, so I'm open to anyone else helping facilitate this session. I'm very interested in using SEAs and want to help their development.
