Can not login with multiple accounts

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Background:
I have two accounts (ChatGPT Team, ChatGPT Pro) tied to my email address.

Reproduction steps:

1. codex login in terminal.
2. Login with my email, password.
3. Login fails

What is the expected behavior?

Be able to login with my personal account (make it selectable).

What do you see instead?

Url https://accounts.google.com/o/saml2/idp?idpid=... with content:

403. That’s an error.

Error: app_not_enabled_for_user

Service is not enabled for this user.

You just have to sign out and log in again. Simple.

No, that won't work. As I mentioned, the problem is having two accounts (ChatGPT Team, ChatGPT Pro) tied to the same email address. I can't just login to one account.

This is a server-side logic only OpenAI employees can fix.

This is still a problem. There's no mechanism to manage (i.e. switch between) two accounts. If two email addresses are part of a GitHub account, Codex keeps logging in to the wrong account.
