Description
A user has reported severe performance issues when using OWS on a high-end MacBook Pro. The application becomes nearly unresponsive, with actions taking approximately one minute to process after a click.
Current Behavior
Latency: Every click results in a delay of about 1 minute before the system reacts.
Stability: The application "hangs" constantly during regular use.
Error Messages: There are no error messages or crash reports being displayed; the application simply hangs/freezes during processing.
Environment Data
The user provided the following system specifications:
Model: MacBook Pro 16-inch (Nov. 2024)
Chip: Apple M4 Pro
Memory: 24 GB RAM
OS: macOS Sequoia 15.2
Currently, we only have one user who is experiencing this problem on a Mac. We have not been able to identify any other configuration on a MacBook Air where everything works.
