This adds some test cases used for #226. Expect the build to fail, thus draft status for now.
More thorough tests of
MetadataConverterandOMEXMLMetadataImplwould definitely have helped with reviewing #226, so either here or in follow-up PRs would like to expand the test coverage some more. See also previous discussion in https://trello.com/c/pg8KvSdp/9-metadataconverter-coverage.
