No longer hosted on parse

To get run this code:

1. Clone the repo
2. Type parse new at the root the project, log in with your Parse credentials, and specify your Parse app.
3. Delete the index.html from the public directory
4. Run parse deploy
5. Make sure you have specified a subdomain for your Parse app.
6. The app is now live.
