Description
Basically, the fast loader (red) has requirements that do not make sense. It comes two tiers after the belt that goes with it, but isn't dependent on the science pack required to research it (Py 3). Also, of note is that the express loader is available just one tech later, which is at the same level as the belts that go with it.
So, basically fast loader should either have the tech requirements changed to match actual requirements, or it should be moved closer to the belts it work with. So either one down to match the current requirements, or two to match the belts it works with, either of which I think is preferred over adding Py3 as requirement. Also, it needs dependency on Heavy Oil Processing Stage 2, because it needs grease to operate. That is a Chem level tech, so it'd probably make most sense to drop it to Chem level and add that tech as requirement.
Regular and Express loaders are fine, both techs require their respective fluid and make sense with their placement in the tech tree.
