@utwade noticed azimuth deskew wasn't working correctly on the RCM ScanSAR bursts. Upon further investigation it was determined RCM ScanSAR bursts are processed as SPOTLIGHT. This changes the converter to treat the bursts as SPOTLIGHT and tweaks the
DopCentroidPolycalculation.Now after deskew the spectrum is very close to being centered, but these bursts are so short that even very minor timing errors result in a visible shift.
