Description
⚠️ This issue respects the following points: ⚠️
- This is a bug, not a question or a configuration/webserver/proxy issue.
- This issue is not already reported on Github (I've searched it).
- Nextcloud Server is up to date. See Maintenance and Release Schedule for supported versions.
- Nextcloud Server is running on 64bit capable CPU, PHP and OS.
- I agree to follow Nextcloud's Code of Conduct.
Disclaimer
I do not know if NextCloud is up to date (I use it as an employee in an enterprise context).
Maybe this bug has been fixed.
Bug description
The readme.md preview (in a directory) causes a layout shift.
When the readme.md file finishes loading, its content is displayed as expected, but the list of directories below is pushed down.
When happening in each visited directory, this impacts negatively the UX:
Enregistrement.de.l.ecran.2023-05-22.a.10.29.43.mov
Steps to reproduce
- Activate readme.md preview in options
- Create a directory
- Add a readme.md with a lorem
- Navigate to this directory
Expected behavior
Maybe the readme.md preview should have a fixed height to avoid this phenomenon.
