Implement local filtering in file list #3

I just saw that server now has the ability to first filter in current folder:
nextcloud/server#26841
@jancborchardt @nimishavijay due to limited space on mobile I am not really sure how we could do that, but nevertheless I like the idea, as sometimes one is already in correct folder, and only wants to filter in there.
