Scripts to reproduce the analysis and generate figs/tables should be run sequentually. Please contact the authors if input patient data is needed.

Folder /individual_survival_curves contains 16 csv files with (anonimized) patient survival probabilities. Optimal Survival Trees and multivariate CoxPH models are used to predict them for full/mmrd/nsmp/p53ab cohorts on two variable sets, trad (FSI) and ext (FSII).
