Upload release to Maven Central #57
Description
Have not done this for 5 years, since 4.3, since everyone started usign GitHub and could get the sources. However, OA4MP and other projects should be buildable from maven since gettign sources for them and building requires quite some little work. Make it easy for all by using maven.
