Requirement SCH2000 is not implemented.
Describe the solution you'd like
Upon receipt of a Major Frame Signal, SCH shall start processing the Scheduler Definition Table (SDT) which contains the defined activities.
Additional context
The SCH Timing Test Scenario document from JIRA states: Still need to figure out how to control the major frame signal. Waiting to hear back from Alan Cudmore.
