sbn_dtn_if_struct.h updating to be valid with newer cFE and library versions

I'm trying to get the SBN updated to work with the newest release candidates for cFS.

This header includes bp.h which doesn't seem to exist in the repositories. Is there any information available for updating this header? There are several undefined types which I suspect used to exist in bp.h.

For instance:
BpSAP
Sdr
ReqAttendant

within the SBN_DTN_Net_t structure

I've also noted that quite a few BP calls seem to be out of date
