updated framework moved all headers public added all the stuff to umbrella header -ObjC linker flag added the rest of the headers to suppress warning

I added a framework target, so MRProgress can be used in Carthage.
The MRStopableView seems to be unused in the static library, but needed in the framework?
There's also a warning in the most recent XCode that I hopefully fixed.
