As Fiji/ImageJ is able to handle multiple
RoiManageropen, I added a method that would take a specificRoiManagerto put the ROIs in.I wanted to just add the
RoiManagerinput as optional to keep only one method in the class but as I'm not super familiar with Java, I only found this way of doing it.Let me know if it makes sense or not, I'd be happy to discuss it with you.
