I've added an output class to generate SVG images from the QR-Codes.
There is a slight optimization in it: "active pixels" in a line will be compressed into one rectangle.
This reduces the "LOREM IPSUM 2019" test references by 50 % (7,25 KiB vs 14,5 KiB).
