wayland cccc does not have proper border #29

hello,

I see there was another #8 that talks about a display issue.

I have been using windows for most development but started using ubuntu so that I could make uxntal:// protocol handler to work for linux.

First I had trouble using raven with wayland because it did not have the wayland feature enabled.

my fork I updated the deps and now cardinal-gui works on my ubuntu, the protocol handler works, and polycat seems fine.
xdg-open uxntal://https://git.sr.ht/~rabbits/polycat/tree/master/item/src/polycat.tal

cargo install uxn-tal cardinal-gui e_window
uxntal --register
xdg-open uxntal://https///wiki.xxiivv.com/etc/cccc.tal.txt

cccc.tal.txt is not proper on wayland and doesn't have a margin consistent with the windows version.

I'm on my windows machine, will add image of cccc on ubuntu wayland.

I've had success developing the uxntal protocol handler using the uxntal assembler I wrote to allow for on the fly assembly of tal urls.

I haven`t yet run into a display issue and was wondering if you had any suggestions for how to debug a screen output difference between windows and linux.

I am working on the macos; I would like to see the rom display consistently across all the platforms.
