This PR fixes issue microsoft/monaco-editor#3282
To reproduce, you need to run the "Monaco Editor Playground" and select the "Inline Diff Example" (or click here).
When you right click on a deleted line the menu style is broken (and it's also not displayed if you first right click on a deleted line):
To fix this, I applied the same code that is done in several other places to display the context menu. With the fix, the menu is great again:
