`TEAM_REVIEWERS` needs to include the organization with the team name so "microsoft/project-mu-dependency-reviewers" instead of "project-mu-dependency-reviewers". Signed-off-by: Michael Kubacki <michael.kubacki@microsoft.com>

This was something I could not test at the time in #32 It doesn't have an impact on the file sync success rate, the team just doesn't currently get added to the PRs. |
