This is technically something I would've expected in a minor release (as opposed to a patch) but I'm okay with it if @RyanCavanaugh is too. |

@DanielRosenwasser I believe this is being proposed for inclusion in a patch release because it was intended to be part of a feature that was added to TS 4.3 for ts-loader (i.e. the feature will be half-present until this ships). |
