If an install issue occurs, which appears to be what we are facing now, allow it to continue. This just means we need to manually run prior to releasing to public.

Issue:
internal repro isn't able to execute for spellcheck, so going to prevent this from running there.
Fix:
Attempt to run spell check, but don't allow it to block pipeline.

Build pipeline testing
