Scep server refusing GET operation=GetCACert&message=CAIdentifier #241

I'm trying to use this SCEP server to generate certs but the server is returning a 400 bad request to the initial GET request.
Can you look at the PCAP and see if this is something you can support? I believe this is within the SCEP standard.
