[Bluetooth] Experiment with pairing mode and OS-level pairing #21
Description
We've seen errors on macOS in ml-trainer after OS-level pairing when connecting to a micro:bit in Bluetooth/pairing mode.
Let's see if we can reproduce and handle better.
