Mac OSX Crash (2009 Mid Macbook Pro)

Hi,
I am using a 2009 Mid Macbook Pro, along with Pathomx 3.0.2.
After installation (by dragging the application to the application folder)
It wouldn't open properly and crashes instantly.

I am having the same issue on MacOSX 10.9.5. Any ideas?
