BLE HOGP app for Android written in kotlin.

Very much work in progress, but BLE mouse is confirmend working on Samsung Galaxy S10 (Peripheral) with Windows 10 (Central). Yet to implement keyboard or gamepad controls.

Code that deals with BLE connectionis largely based on BLE-HID-Peripheral-for-Android which is distributed under Apache License 2.0.
