Summary
Remove -fips from the image tag. Right now the images pushed to Docker during CI have the following format:
mattermost/mattermost-push-proxy-fips:f8feba7-fipsSince the dockerhub repo itself has the
-fipspart there is no need for the tag to also include the fips tag. This PR updates the docker tags so that we end up havingmattermost/mattermost-push-proxy-fips:f8feba7.The
-fipstag is only kept for the Github release to differentiate between the standard and the FIPS release.
