Tested successfully on SwiftBar. Retrieves API key from shell config files if present, otherwise display an error message

Tested successfully on SwiftBar
If user changes value of VAR_STARTING_DATE to a non-zero number, the menu bar will display "Poe: <credits left> (est.: <credits expected under regular usage>)". This allows the user to monitor if he/she is underspending or overspending their credits.

Thank you! Great plugin, really enjoy using it!

Also:
- link to detailed instructions on how to configure the plugin.
- more precise estimate of balance expected assuming average use (DAYS is a fractional number now)
- Embed base64-encoded Poe icon (POE_ICON) for visual display in menu bar
- Add <xbar.image> metadata pointing to GitHub cover image
- Replace "Poe:" text prefix with icon using templateImage= parameter
- Enable automatic light/dark mode adaptation via SwiftBar templateImage
- Update all output lines to use new format: "<text> | templateImage=$POE_ICON"

The icon is a black template that automatically adapts to macOS appearance:
- White icon in Dark Mode
- Black icon in Light Mode
