[Bug]: Duplicate Table Row Background Color Properties

Current Behavior

There are duplicate properties for background colors for the table rows.

Expected Behavior

One one

Steps to reproduce

Edit a table, notice there are 2 background ones

Environment

Self Hosted 2.7.3

This issue is now fixed on Dev. Duplicate properties have been removed from Table component.
