[Bug]: ListApplications API Call will fail if there is an Empty Module #1963

Current Behavior
Calling ListApplications API Call will fail with "Oops, the server is busy" if a blank module exists in your workspace.
Expected Behavior
ListApplications should not fail if there is a blank module
Steps to reproduce
Create an App (TESTAPP)
Add a Lowcoder API query: List Applications
Run it to verify it works.
Now create a new blank Module from the main Apps screen
Go back to TESTAPP and run List Applications again.
It will fail.

Self Hosted and Cloud 2.7.3
