[Bug]: Scanner component opens wrong URL on scanning a QR code.

Current Behavior

Scanner component doesn't open the correct URL on scanning a QR code.
I created a QR code, and upon scanning, it opened following URL : https://app.lowcoder.cloud/apps/66a0f6b2ba4684206ee6359e/[%22http://www.linkedin.com%22]
Current Scanner component appends the URL in the current URL.

Expected Behavior

Scanner component should open the correct URL after scanning a QR code.

This has been fixed and to open the URL, we need to use {{scanner1.value}}
