xmldap.org/index.htm contains hidden link collection

When I visited http[s]://xmldap.org (my first visit) I was presented with a
one-liner: "xmldap.org". The HTML code (see attached file) contains a long
list of links with  attributes that make it invisible. Additionally, the
server rejects URLs https://xmldap.org/sts/ and
https://xmldap.org/relyingparty/ with "503 Service Temporarily Unavailable".

Server hacked?
