This package release was used to generate the results presented in the PEP-Patch application note

This package was previously used in https://doi.org/10.3389/fmolb.2022.960194. Until now, all features used in that paper were kept, although slight changes were introduced (e.g., regarding the exact definition of the surface etc.). After this release, some features will be removed to simplify the codebase.
