Summary

introduce a FlowSceneManager utility to manage multiple data flow documents and expose save/load slots
update the calculator GUI example to drive scenes through the manager and add a CalculatorScenes helper shared with the headless sample
wire the new helper into both calculator targets so the addition example JSON is reused

Testing

cmake -S . -B build (fails: Qt6 package and Catch2 download are unavailable in the environment)
