[Feature Request]: Document how to install into a custom prefix #139

Feature Description / 功能描述

Currently README mentions to build the package with latxbuild/build-release.sh, but it creates a tarball which extracts into /usr. Installing via the tarball will conflict with the distro package manager and potentially break the system if the distro already provides a package for LATX, and there is generally no way for the distro maintainers to help them to salvage it.

Due to the potential capability of LATX to run $RANDOM_ENTERTAINMENT_SOFTWARES, there will be likely end users who don't understand how a Linux distro really works and believe "hey the latest LATX must work better than the version provided by the distro maintainers" (with no valid reason) building and installing LATX on their own.

I tried to argue with those users but @MingcongBai told me "such an argument is just futile." Thus IMO we need to provide a guideline for them to install LATX into a custom prefix to avoid a conflict with the distro.
