it's ok, thank you but to implement it API, let me keep commented, you can merge it, im gonna open new issue thats assinged by myself to implement API here.

@xuelink I created a newsletter banner on the home page, as well as added a newsletter in the footer. The newsletter component is commented out on the home page. The footer banner is commented out inside of the footer component.
