Colors different when hovering

Describe the bug

If I zoom on a page to 500% and I'm hovering over a text the RGB value changes all the time although I'm pointing with the cursor to the same color

Expected Behavior

The RGB value should be the same

Steps To Reproduce

1. I open any page on my browser, zoom to 500% e.g.
   https://www.eckankar.org/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/The-Power-of-Gratitude_ebooklet.pdf
   2.I clicked on Eye Dropper icon and Eye Droppers window appeared without a problem
   3.I clicked on Pick color from web page* button
   4.I'm hovering about a text , but the RGB value changes all the time although my cursor remains in the same color field. (e.g. 200,87,27 and 194,86,28)
