Usability: replace dialog scroll position

When I am in the jqt editor, and I use the search/replace dialog, I have the option of replacing values one at a time.

This can be especially useful when importing a block code from elsewhere -- I might want to rename variables but I would want to review each change.

However, in current J versions, the editor is scrolling the replacement value behind the scrollbar at the bottom of the window. This makes it difficult to inspect.

Perhaps related: undo will sometimes (not always) scroll me so that I cannot see the change which was undone. (If this is not related, let me know and I will open a separate issue for that.)
