This adds some configuration defaults for key and mouse bindings, as well as a default tray and root menu (if no other configuration is provided). This might ease the transition to JWM with the new mouse bindings as well as allow running JWM without a configuration in minimal setups. I'm still uncertain if this is the right thing to do, but I'm leaning toward merging since it's a pretty small change.
