I'm a former User Researcher who has moved across the spectrum of research > design > development to land as a Software Developer at the Makers Academy. During my time as a User Researcher and Service Designer I worked on projects across the Home Office ranging from internal intelligence systems to the EU citizen settlement scheme. I am also working on a number of personal development projects focused on improving indidivuals ability to control teh access to their personal data.
