Downloads pictures from Reddit, downloads videos, and plays both.

Video playback requires vlc to be installed. Photo viewing requires feh to be installed.

Open program on the command line with 'node MediaHelper'. Choose one of the options. Photos from the first page of the subreddit specified will be saved to the images folder. Videos will be saved to the videos folder. Viewing photos will start a slideshow with all of the images in the images folder. Playing videos will open vlc with a playlist of all the videos in the videos folder.
