Install bot emulator from here: https://emulator.botframework.com/

Run below command:

1. npm init
2. npm install --save botbuilder
3. npm install --save restify
4. npm install --save request-promise
5. node index.js

Open the Bot Framework Emulator and endpoint url should be http://localhost:3978/api/messages
