Where does the raw data come from?

I was doing some research about IP allocation, and I was digging through RIR assignments but I couldn't find where the raw data can be pulled. I love what you've done with this, I had a curl script at one point curling all the files on ipverse.net previously. Github makes a lot of sense for this.

Would you be able to share where the raw RIR allocations may be found?

I'm also interested into this as i'm studying the subject and i find your work one of the most complete: i was wondering where the ASN's handle and description data in the asn-info repo came from, as i'm unable to find that in the delegated- files there.
Moreover, the RIR delegated data from ARIN doesn't seem to list for example AS797, but i would have expected to see it there since whois -h whois.arin.net 'a - 797' list it, so i'm not sure what i'm assuming wrong, but i thought you could shed some light on that too? (i tried to look it up on the free database from arin at http://ftp.arin.net/pub/rr/ but to no avail). (797 is there because 795|3) Thanks in advance if you find the time to get back to me.

Hello, I was checking this IP 200.3.123.187 which is in Argentina, but the scripts and lens.ipverse.net is showing as Uruguay. I've checked on the RIRs link that you mentioned, under LACNIC and the information there seems to be correct
Starting IP: 200.3.120.0/27 or 2048 IPs to Argentina
I don't understand why in here https://github.com/ipverse/geo-ip-blocks/blob/master/country/uy/uy.json Uruguay get's 200.0.0.0/7
