Does the license change here apply to the contents of sysmonconfig-export.xml? That file still has a CC 4.0 license specified in the comments at the top. Swift's config specifies the same. GNU LGPL is a more restrictive license, so I'd like to make sure this was an intended license change. |

The develop, next, and testing branches were deleted since that hasn't been updated in years. The ".gitgnore" was deleted since it didn't seem like it was used. The old bat scripts and PowerShell scripts were replaced/updated with newer better PowerShell scripts. The sysmonconfig-export_blocking.xml was deleted since it wasn't being updated at this time and was causing issues on certain systems. The readme was also updated and a license was added. The sysmonconfig-export.xml was also updated to mimic ion-storm's recent changes along with additional exclusions and fixed rules.
