1. Install all fonts present in fonts directory.

2. Go to File | Import Settings... and specify the ice-solarized-colorscheme directory. Clik OK in the dialog that appears.

3. Restart PHP Storm

4. Go to Preferences | Editor | Colors & Fonts and select one of the new color themes.
