Hi, I'm Sagar 👋

I'm a Product Manager who loves building data-informed products and tools. I work at the intersection of product, analytics, and AI, with a bias toward shipping fast, learning from real users, and iterating.

What I’m working on

  • Syag – a privacy-first, on-device AI note-taker for macOS (meeting notes, audio transcription, and more).

What I’m interested in

  • Product analytics, experimentation, and measurement
  • AI-powered productivity tools and note-taking experiences
  • UX for complex workflows (payments, auctions, support tooling)
  • Modern data stacks (BigQuery, SQL) and telemetry for product teams

What I’m learning

  • Better storytelling with data for product decisions
  • Deepening my analytics stack skills (Tableau, GA, experimentation platforms)
  • Practical AI evaluation patterns for PMs

How I work

I like to work closely with engineers, designers, and analysts, shipping small, end-to-end slices, then using data and user sessions to refine. I care a lot about clarity, ownership, and building tools that feel fast and trustworthy.
